One of the original Gundam variations, the FA-78 is a heavy armoured Mobile Suit with an early model twin beam-gun and an over the shoulder rocket cannon. This version has been modified a little, adding some of the touches from the new Gundam Fix Figuration series of action toys. The RGM-79 "GM" is the good guys' standard mass production Mobile Suit. Also seen here is the RB-79 "Ball", an early Mobile Suit experiment lacking the humanoid shape of later suits. In the background is a Magellan class space-battleship and beyond it a Salamis class cruiser.
